Service Description
Join with community and cultivate peace in your busy day at Riverside Wellness. Rest in a combination of guided and silent meditation while practicing in a chair or on the mat. After class, continue to relax while taking a walk by the river, or visiting the various shops in town for your holiday shopping needs. Bring a friend, and a bottle of water. All props are provided. Fridays, 12 - 12:30 pm, December 6th, 13th and 20th.
