Karena has been an energy healer for more than 13 years. As a certified Reiki Master, she incorporates Reiki with crystal chakra balancing in her healing sessions. She is a certified crystal practitioner & a graduate from the Sacred Center school of healing arts. There she learned how to combine sacred geometry with Peruvian energy healing. As Aquarian Shaman, she also incorporates indigenous shamanic healing practices she learned on her travels to Ecuador, Peru & Bolivia. April Morecraft is certified with a masters degree in the Usui System of Reiki. She is also an herbalist and creator of a home based, small batch herb business called Oak Root Herbals. April began her herbal studies with a farm-based foundations course with Linda Shanahan of Bluestem Botanicals followed by a 3-year apprenticeship with herbalist, author and green witch, Robin Rose Bennet of Wise Woman Ways. She is currently studying herbal astrology with Sajah Poham of The School of Evolutionary Herbalism as well as Foundations in Anatomy and Physiology for Herbalists with Tammi Sweet at Heartstone Center for Earth Essentials.

Sara Villani is a Vitalist clinical herbalist and writer. She specializes in managing chronic disease, our bioregional (local) plant medicines, and astrological herbalism. Her holistic approach blends medicinal plants and spiritual practice.

Laura Knott (she/her) has been practicing yoga since 2010, and in 2017, received her 500 Hour RYT Designation from the Yoga Alliance after training at Yoga Loka in Frenchtown. She continues to take teacher training classes with further specializations in Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga, as well as becoming a certified YOGABODY® Breath Coach and YOGABODY® Science of Stretching Coach. Laura also studies tantric meditation practices in the Sri Vidya lineage with Uma Parvathi Nanda Nath Saraswati, and feels that this path of study is fundamental to her personal yoga practice and her teaching techniques.
Laura believes that yoga is for every BODY - every body shape, size, type, age, and ability. She teaches an adaptive class suitable for all levels, and is especially passionate about making poses accessible for those with chronic pain and a history of injury. Students are encouraged to observe and honor the body's cues in order to deeply relax and connect to the true teacher that lies within.

Andrea Fox - RYT 500 has been sharing the yoga practice since 2008 after her first certification training in Yandara, Mexico.  As with any practitioner, the practice of yoga is ever evolving and offers an opportunity to explore the divine self in a unique and authentic manner. Since beginning the study and practice of yoga in 2001, Andrea has attended various trainings and received certifications in Restorative and Yin yoga, Vision Quest- Solo time in nature, Hatha yoga with an
Iyengar influence, and Sattva Yoga in Rishikesh, India, as well as many advanced trainings in yoga, meditation, and mindful practices. Sattva yoga originates in India as originated and taught by Anand Mehrotra, gracefully and vibrantly fuses authentic yoga philosophy with breath, movement or postures, kriyas [similar to kundalini yoga], mantra, and meditation.

Julia Ferris has been working in the healing arts for 33 yrs as a licensed massage therapist, specializing in hospice care and oncology massage, and since 2019 also a yoga teacher. Prior to 1990, she worked in the natural foods industry and was a NPC competitor and champion, but due to injuries from weight lifting, she retired. It was then a friend suggested she accompany her to Kripalu yoga, and since then she has had a practice of yoga. Along the way in her massage practice, she witnessed the healing ability of Iyengar yoga in clients with severe injuries. It seemed to her that Iyengar yoga did the impossible; it healed injuries that she thought of as beyond repair. So impressed with its healing abilities on the human body, it wasn't long before she became an Iyengar devotee. Today, Julia teaches Gentle Yoga that is "Iyengar inspired" with the intention of wholeness, harmony, and healing. This slower paced practice offers a well supported practice including movement and breath. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga

Leslee Penny, aka “Shaman Birdy” is a shamanic healer as well a sound healer, meditation instructor, and journey worker. She has three decades of experience in applying Eastern philosophy though leading spiritual development workshops, tai chi classes, hypnosis, and meditation circles. Her work is grounded in loving kindness

Millie Wingler has taught in the public and private sector of education for over thirty years.  She has taught Preschool through eighth grade in various capacities.  Her certifications include Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education and Speech Correction.  She owned and operated Creative Basics, a nationally accredited early learning center.  Most recently she works as a Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant for local Public School Child Study Teams. Millie received her 200-hour RYT in 2023 and she is an active member of Yoga Alliance.  She was Reiki Level One Certified in 2013.
Additionally, she has received Yoga Teacher Training specific to Children Yoga beginning in 2011 through Grounded Yoga Studios.  She has also received training through Zensational Kids and Bari Koral Yoga Teacher Training.  Millie has taught yoga within Kindergarten through eighth grade classrooms, created yoga clubs for Parent Teacher Organizations as well as Board of Education approved clubs, provided training to teaching staff, developed on-going school wide yoga programs, worked with Girl Scouts and provided workshops at Inclusion and Karma Festivals. She is presently teaching at local Hunterdon County Farms, providing classes for family and friends with nature as her
backdrop. Millie continues to broaden her experience with a studio as her classroom. Throughout her career in education, yoga has played a vital role.
Whether it be teaching a child breathing techniques to help them find calm and relax or sharing tree pose to help a teacher find their balance and strength, the value of learning to be mindful and listen to your heart cannot be denied.  The power of yoga helps us to be gentle and strong at the same time.  As Millie continues her journey
in education, she looks forward to sharing her experience with children as well as the families and teachers who care for them.

 Dr. Brigid Burke began her spiritual journey in 1987 at the Harmonic Convergence, when she learned to read Egyptian oracle cards. She has been an energy worker for over 20 years, receiving her Reiki Master attunement in 2002, and more recently an attunement to Rahanni Celestial Healing by the Rahanni Founder-Elect Neshla Avey.
