Service Description

If you are not comfortable getting up and down on a yoga mat, this class is for you! Using a chair as a yoga prop allows the body to be balanced and comfortable while effectively strengthening and stretching the muscles. We will learn movements and poses that you can easily do at home while sitting on the couch or even lying in bed. Chair Yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, age, abilities, or medical history. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
