The purpose of an initial meeting is to identify chronic energetic imbalance in the body that lead to patterns of excess and deficiency, which manifest as illness and disease. Through an extensive interview, a review of your natal chart, and non-invasive diagnostic techniques such as tongue, face line, palmistry, and nail reading- we uncover the root causes of your health concerns and identify herbs to address the imbalance. *UPON BOOKING AN INITIAL SESSION YOU WILL BE EMAILED A LINK TO MY INTAKE PAPERWORK. THIS MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.* After your appointment, you will receive a detailed .PDF report with personalized recommendations for herbs, supplements, diet, and/or lifestyle. Herbs are sold separately and discussed alongside delivery of the report. Depending on the desired course of action, a follow up appointment will be recommended between 4 and 6 weeks from our initial meeting. Please note that work with a Vitalist practitioner typically begins with gut restoration, nervous system regulation strategies, and shadow work. This is because even the most potent herbs will not be effective if you are living an unhealthy, unsustainable lifestyle.
